We operate a Furniture Project within the Diocese of Motherwell. We can collect furniture which is in good condition to forward on to individuals or families who are in need of help and support.

Requests for Help:
To respond to Requests for Assistance, two members of your local SSVP Conference will arrange a visit to obtain supporting information which allow them to respond to your request.

We respect your privacy: All information will be held securely and confidentially in electronic or paper format. On completion of your request the local Conference will retain your information only as part of an archive within the guidelines of the Data Protection Act 1988.

Furniture Donations:
We accept good quality pre-loved furniture and electrical goods.

No washing machines, tumble driers, music centres or slatted bed frames please.

Sofas/Suites must have fire retardant labels attached. Our volunteer drivers would be grateful for any assistance on sites with deliveries & uplifts.

If Drivers think items are not suitable for uplift, they have the right to refuse.

Drivers would be grateful for assistance on site.
